Government Enhances “Half-Half Plus” Program with Free Digital Reskilling and Upskilling Support

The Thai government has expanded its “Half-Half Plus” co-payment scheme to include free digital reskilling and upskilling support for participating merchants. Deputy Prime Minister Ekniti Nitithanprapas announced that small businesses can now access free DEPA-certified digital tools, including online accounting systems, customer management platforms, inventory management, and sales promotion tools.

Registration for these free digital solutions is open from November 19 to December 19, 2025, aiming to help small merchants reduce costs, enhance sales, and compete more effectively in the digital economy while easing the public’s cost-of-living burden.
