Dubai to Manila flights are available from AED5 ($1.36) one-way base fare as part of Cebu Pacific’s Super Seat Fest sale to coincide with the 10.10 shopping festivities.

Travellers planning 2026 holidays to the Philippines can take advantage of the promotion running from October 7 to 12.

Passengers departing from Dubai to the Philippine capital for travel between March 1 and September 30, 2026 can claim the offer, with fees and surcharges excluded.

From Manila, passengers can connect to 27 domestic destinations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Cebu Pacific noted that Manila serves as a gateway to some of the country’s top destinations.

This October also marks the 12th anniversary of Cebu Pacific’s Dubai route, underscoring the airline’s long-standing connection with the UAE’s Filipino community.

With the Philippines’ widest domestic network, Cebu Pacific offers access to key regional hubs including Clark, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao, providing faster inter-island travel across the archipelago.

The airline currently operates flights to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations spanning Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, and accepts payments via credit or debit cards and e-wallets for bookings and add-ons.
