Nearly 400 Russian missiles and drones were fired at Odesa, Pavlohrad, and other Ukrainian cities and towns overnight on July 19, wounding many civilians and killing at least one. In the capital, Kyiv, dozens of families took shelter for the night in the subway. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said 10 regions of Ukraine had come under attack.
