Here’s what to know about the oddsboard:

Rams’ Struggles: No team in NFL history has started the year 0-5 and still made it to the playoffs, and this year, we have two winless teams so far: the Dolphins at 0-5 and the Chargers at 0-6. Most disappointing of that duo, of course, is Los Angeles, which was at +1700 to win the Super Bowl entering the season. Last week, L.A. was at -8000 to miss the postseason. Its Week 6 loss at Kansas City dropped those odds to -15000. Miami’s odds, meanwhile, are completely off the board.

What’s Wrong With the Rams?: Can you believe that the preseason Super Bowl favorite is now slightly favored to miss the playoffs after just six weeks? Such is the case with the Rams, who are at -120 to miss the postseason altogether. They are 2-4 on the season, with their latest loss coming at home to the Cardinals, a team that is -4000 to miss the playoffs. L.A. is also dealing with a number of injuries to star players, including Myles Garrett and Davante Adams. The Rams are also last in the NFC West standings, having already suffered defeats to San Francisco and Arizona. However, want to know what’s most odd about this scenario? Reigning MVP Matthew Stafford has the most passing yards in the NFL (1,794), and the Rams have both the third-best offense and third-best defense in the entire league. Wild.
